Where it all began....

It all began many years ago, whilst working as a vacuum engineer for Hoover, Geoff Hill discovered his talent for selling and in 1960 he opened an electrical store on Brettell Lane, Amblecote, Stourbridge. The high quality of service proved so popular with local residents, soon he purchased the supermarket next door to expand the premises by three times its former size. Geoff had realised the reason many of his contemporaries were going out of business was simple, they were too small.

In 1981, 21 years later, the business moved to the present site at 7 High Street, Amblecote, Stourbridge. Geoff Hill's motto "Best Price, Best Choice, Best Service...Always", encompasses the service the Geoff Hill store offers. The enterprise has come a long way since 1960, but as Mr Hill points out, "Although we've got bigger, we haven't lost track of the service we offer". Despite the continued expansion of the store it still stocks virtually everything to meet all the needs of the customer, from the lastest digital freeview & LCD television to a full range of washing machines, dishwashers, cookers, fridges and freezers, from all the most popular brands like Sony, Hotpoint, Panasonic, Zanussi, Bosch, Samsung, Miele, Siemens, Kenwood, Rangemaster, Indesit and many more.
